Senior Marketing Data & Technology (Senior MarTech Executive)

At Sun Group, we're building a world-class Digital Excellence Center to transform how millions of people experience travel, hospitality, and entertainment across Vietnam.

We are looking for a Senior Martech Executive to own and orchestrate our entire marketing technology stack (CRM, Customer Engagement Platform, Analytics). This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll bridge data with customer experience, driving acquisition, retention, and loyalty at national scale.

What you'll do

• Be the system owner for our MarTech stack (CRM, Clevertap, Google Analytics, GTM).
• Build & optimize automation journeys, lifecycle campaigns, transactional flows.
• Ensure data integrity across CDP & marketing systems.
• Translate marketing goals into technical configurations & workflows.
• Continuously improve stack performance & upskill business users.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in Marketing Ops / Martech with hands-on CRM & engagement platforms (Salesforce, Braze, Clevertap, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of GTM & Google Analytics.
• Proven ability to turn business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Extreme Ownership mindset a technologist first, passionate about solving marketing challenges.
