I. Job Summary
The Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing activities, including new store openings, monthly promotions, events, brand collaterals, and partnership campaigns. This role is crucial in strengthening brand awareness and ensuring consistent brand experiences for customers.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Branding
- Develop creative briefs for POSM materials and social media content.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to produce branding designs and content in line with brand strategy.
2. Events & Promotions
- Plan and execute marketing activities for new store openings, product launches, and other events.
- Manage event production, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with brand standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of event materials and setups.
3. Others
- Support partnership campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; propose improvements.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
III. Requirements
Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of brand management, marketing principles, and communication strategies.
- Familiarity with event planning and execution.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in retail marketing or event management is a plus.
