Job Overview:
Were looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital strategies that amplify the impact of our offline event campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is not only skilled in digital marketing and performance optimization but also has an interest in creative culture, particularly in the art toy scene.
The position focuses 60% on planning and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for offline events, and 40% on supporting general marketing initiatives, including event execution and other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities (60% Digital & Campaign):
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns that support offline events (e.g. product launches, pop-ups, exhibitions), ensuring seamless alignment between digital and offline channels.
- Develop and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with and manage agencies and tech partners to develop digital platforms such as landing pages, applications, and interactive tools tailored to campaign objectives.
- Take full ownership of CRM system development projects including defining requirements, aligning with internal stakeholders, working with vendors, and driving successful implementation and adoption.
- Build and maintain real-time campaign performance dashboards using Google Data Studio or equivalent tools, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency and content quality across all digital channels and campaign touchpoints.
Additional Responsibilities (40%):
- Support planning and execution of offline events, from logistics to on-site coordination.
- Assist with other marketing tasks as assigned
- Stay updated on market trends and suggest fresh ideas to elevate campaign quality and audience engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or integrated campaign roles.
- Proven ability to plan and optimize paid social media ads (especially Facebook & Instagram).
- Proficiency in building data dashboards and campaign reports (Google Data Studio preferred).
- Strong analytical and project management skills; detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in event marketing/execution is a strong plus.
- A genuine interest in art toys or creative subcultures is highly valued.
