Senior Presales Engineer

• Analyze customer requirements and provide suitable IT infrastructure solutions covering Server, Storage, Network, Virtualization, Cloud, AI Infrastructure, and Data Center.
• Design and size solutions; prepare BOM, HLD/LLD, technical proposals, and solution presentations.
• Conduct POC, product demonstrations, and technical workshops for customers.
• Support the sales team throughout the business development and opportunity management cycle.
• Analyze tender documents and prepare technical compliance documents and bid responses.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams on technical solutions, project implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Build technical relationships with customers, System Integrators (SIs), ISPs, and project consultants.
• Monitor technology trends and identify new business opportunities in Vietnam.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales, Solution/System Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Server, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud, and Data Center technologies, with experience in solution design, sizing, and technical documentation.
• Experience with IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Cloud, AI, IoT, Smart City, or Digital Transformation projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms; experience with AI Infrastructure/GPU Computing is a plus.
• Good English communication skills; Chinese is a plus.
• Experience with technology vendors, System Integrators, or telecom operators is preferred.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g. VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, Huawei, Dell, HPE, NVIDIA, AWS, or Azure) and knowledge of Vietnam tendering processes are a plus.
