Job Description:
Offsite Product Management & Education
- Conduct brand performance review from off-platform channels to offer brands data-driven business insight, share recommendations & best practices.
- Technical troubleshooting in campaign set up to support campaign performance for focus brands.
- Analyze past campaign to identify top brand performance and build case study for pitching, media planning & optimization for brands based on their business objective.
- Educate brands, BDs and agencies on the most updated product knowledge and best practices to drive investment on Shopee Offsite Marketing solutions to achieve optimal performance and acquire higher ROAS & new buyers.
- Work with relevant internal teams (Brand partnership, Agency partnership, BI, etc.) to monitor focus brand performance.
- Coordinate with Regional MS to roll out new product feature relevant to offsite channels.
Agency Partnership
- Work with agencies on media planning, marketing solutions training, insight sharing, troubleshooting, contracting, etc.
- Monitor performance of all agency-managed brands under SMAP program: Investment, adoption, activeness, ROAS, CPV, etc.
- Set up and maintain SOP between agencies and internal SHP for efficient work with agencies, including campaign booking and execution, paperwork to ensure smooth process for campaign planning, booking, invoicing and cash collection.
- Conduct campaign analysis and build case studies for product marketing purpose.
- Roll out Reg SMAP initiatives to local agencies explore opportunities to grow SMAP program at local level.
Requirements:
- Project management, data analysis and negotiation skill.
- Basic understanding about digital marketing.
- Prior experience with digital marketing relevant to offsite products: FB CPAS, FB non-CPAS, GAS, TikTok ads, etc.
- Media expertise for campaign planning & optimization.
