RedFern Digital is seeking seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior E-Commerce Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Senior E-Commerce Marketing Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be to understand our clients goals and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a Senior E-Commerce Marketing Executive, you are accountable for the ongoing management and deliverables for clients across our brand portfolio to the highest quality.

1.Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop strategies for each brand,
  • Implement branding and performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and others.
  • Analyze market data and customer behaviors to create effective advertising strategies.
  • Select appropriate advertising channels, set goals, and KPIs for each campaign.

2.Budget Management and Optimization:

  • Effectively manage advertising budget onsite & offsite.
  • Monitor and analyze advertising spending efficiency, making timely adjustments.

3.Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analysis tools to track campaign performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, presenting findings to management and relevant departments.

4.Measurement and Improvement:

  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to develop new marketing strategies.Industry Awareness and Innovation:

5.Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Support other branding activities such as booking, seeding, and community engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 2 3 years of experience in online marketing, working in E-commerce agencies.
  • Proven experience working with major advertising platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, e-commerce ads etc.
  • Have knowledge in data analysis tools, designing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. .
