JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Management
- Lead and oversee all C&S design activities across assigned projects.
- Review and validate design proposals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders to resolve design issues and optimize solutions.
- Assist the Senior Vice President in managing the C&S team's performance and deliverables.
2. Site Implementation Support
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved design intent.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify design compliance and provide technical guidance.
- Address and resolve on-site design-related challenges promptly.
3. Project Coordination
- Act as Lead Coordinator for specific projects, managing cross-disciplinary design integration (architectural, M&E, landscape, etc.).
- Drive design readiness for construction, ensuring timely approvals and documentation.
- Monitor design implementation during construction phase to maintain design integrity and resolve coordination issues.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Represent the team in technical meetings and design reviews.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure all designs adhere to local codes, regulations, and company quality standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
. Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in civil and structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the real estate development sector.
. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. building and infrastructure projects in Vietnam.
. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
