About Senior Java Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team and work on a CRM project for a UK client. You will take ownership of backend development, contribute to technical solutions, and collaborate directly with the client to deliver reliable and scalable software..

Responsibilities

·      Take ownership of features from requirement clarification and technical design through implementation and delivery.

·      Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot, as well as frontend functionality using JavaScript, Reactjs

·      Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance and reliability.

·      Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and engineering best practices.

·      Collaborate with the project team and communicate directly with UK clients on requirements and technical solutions.

Requirements

·      5+ years of software development experience with strong Java expertise, including ownership of backend design and architecture.

·      Proficient in Java 21, Spring Boot, MongoDB, JavaScript, and Git.

·      Solid understanding of OOP, RESTful APIs, design patterns, and backend best practices.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and mentor junior team members.

·      Good English communication skills for direct collaboration with UK clients.

·      Experience with Morphia, Elasticsearch, Reactjs, or Handlebars is a big plus.
