Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java / Spring Boot for backend systems.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Build reusable, scalable components, optimize performance, and follow security best practices.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with software development standards.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure product quality.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to continuously improve and optimize the product.
Proactively learn and apply new technologies to enhance code quality and team productivity.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job RequirementsGeneral Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Intermediate or higher English communication skills (both spoken and written).
3+ years of experience (flexible depending on learning ability and technical growth).
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in Agile/Scrum teams.

Technical Requirements

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Solid experience with Java web technologies, including:
Spring Framework: Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Boot
ORM: JPA, Hibernate
Experience in database design and working with SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
Ability to independently perform software development activities:
Design, coding, verification
Unit testing, integration testing, and debugging
Good understanding and application of software development processes and Agile practices.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, KnockoutJS.
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience working with large-scale web applications, CI/CD pipelines, and web security.
