Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Investment Manager to lead the company's liquidity and investment activities. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO to design our liquidity framework, build an investment program, and execute fixed-income and DCM-related deals. This is a high-impact position offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the company's long-term capital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's balance sheet to achieve optimal risk-adjusted returns
  • Work with the CFO to design a system/process that tracks the group's various liquidity requirements (operational, risk-mitigated, strategic, etc.) and an investment program to maximize risk-adjusted yields.
  • Work with external counterparts and advisors to source and maintain a robust pipeline of yieldenhancing investment opportunities.
  • Take primary responsibilities in negotiating and executing the company's investment transactions.
  • Act on the company's behalf in DCMrelated transactions, i.e., bank financing, bond issuance, etc.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on investment analysis, market monitoring, financial modeling, and execution discipline.
  • Build a high-performing investment team aligned with the company's financial objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of working experiences as an investment professional
  • Experience/ network in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), fixed-income investment, and relevant institutional investment communities is preferred although equity investing exposure is also welcome.
  • Proven ability in financial modeling, presentation, scenario analysis, and risk-return optimization.
  • CFA designation is a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering strong, risk-adjusted investment returns.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years spent in a decision-making role at one of the following environments:
  • Fixed-income or multi-asset investment funds
  • Investment departments of insurance companies
  • Treasury departments of banks or securities firms
  • Corporates with large treasury or investment portfolios
