Job Description

About SnP

SnP specializes in strategic communications and integrated marketing solutions. We work with clients to solve business and communication challenges, shape effective strategies, and deliver meaningful results through consulting-led account management.

With offices in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, SnP provides services across IMC, Advertising, Creative, PR, Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, and Market Insights Consultancy.

Role

A Senior IMC Executive is responsible for supporting and directly executing integrated marketing communication work from brief understanding, communication planning, proposal and costing preparation to implementation follow-up, reporting, and project closing.

This role is not limited to timeline chasing or task coordination. The Senior IMC Executive must be able to understand client needs, identify communication requirements, build workable IMC directions, manage project materials, work directly with clients and partners, and ensure execution quality across relevant communication touchpoints.

Concept

At SnP, a Senior IMC Executive is expected to work with a consulting-led and A–Z ownership mindset. He/she should be able to translate a client brief into a practical communication solution, prepare the materials needed to sell and run the work, and follow execution closely until completion.

The ideal candidate combines account servicing, IMC execution understanding, structured proposal writing, commercial awareness, and hands-on project control. This role requires someone who can contribute to campaign thinking while also managing the real execution details that make an integrated communication program work.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze client briefs, clarify objectives, identify communication needs, and translate them into clear IMC directions and project actions.

• Develop or support the development of communication plans, campaign flow, key message direction, timelines, scopes of work, and cost estimates based on client objectives, budget, and execution requirements.

• Prepare proposals, campaign decks, status updates, meeting notes, reports, recaps, cost sheets, and other client-facing materials with clear structure, logic, and professional quality.

• Support and execute IMC activities across relevant touchpoints such as content, social, digital, PR, activation, event, partnership, production, media, and other communication formats depending on project scope.

• Work directly with clients, suppliers, production partners, freelancers, and other relevant parties to move projects forward and ensure deliverables are aligned with the approved brief, scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

• Manage project documents, implementation plans, trackers, quotations, deliverables, and administrative follow-up needed to run projects properly.

• Review content directions, campaign materials, mechanics, production outputs, and execution details to ensure consistency with the approved communication direction.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, handle day-to-day changes or execution issues, and propose practical solutions before problems affect delivery.

• Prepare post-campaign reports and evaluations with relevant observations, learning points, and recommendations for future improvement.

• Follow up payment status, documentation, and project closing matters accurately; escalate major issues with sufficient context and proposed solutions when needed.

• Support junior team members when required by sharing working methods, execution standards, and project follow-up discipline.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in IMC, advertising, communications, agency, account management, or related client-service environment.

• Good understanding of integrated marketing communications, including campaign planning, content, social, digital, PR, activation, event, production, and campaign measurement.

• Ability to turn client needs into clear communication tasks, workable plans, and practical execution directions.

• Strong proposal writing, presentation, client communication, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Commercial mindset with basic understanding of costing, quotation, budget tracking, supplier follow-up, and project profitability.

• High ownership, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort working under pressure with tight timelines.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Benefits

• Competitive salary.

• Full participation in compulsory insurance schemes (social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance based on 100% gross salary).

• Healthcare benefits, including PTI health insurance and annual medical check-ups.

• Company incentive trips and year-end vacation.

• Training programs and cross-training workshops.
