Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all organizational levels. Proactively source top-tier talent through multifaceted channels, build a robust candidate pipeline, and elevate THN Network's Employer Branding to attract premium industry professionals.
  • Compensation, Benefits (C&B) & Payroll Administration: Oversee the accurate and timely execution of the monthly payroll process. Design and implement complex, performance-linked commission structures (KPI/GMV-based incentives) and dynamic timekeeping policies that accommodate non-standard working hours, including evening and weekend livestream shifts.
  • HR Policy Development & Process Optimization: Formulate, document, and institutionalize comprehensive HR policies, Employee Handbooks, and operational workflows. Ensure all HR practices are strictly compliant with the contemporary Vietnamese Labor Code and internal corporate governance standards.
  • Employee Relations, Retention, & Culture Building: Act as the primary liaison between management and employees to proactively resolve workplace grievances. Design and execute strategic employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs aimed at mitigating industry-specific burnout and fostering a high-performance, collaborative corporate culture.
  • Performance Management & Onboarding: Orchestrate standardized onboarding and induction programs to accelerate the time-to-productivity for new hires. Implement and administer systematic performance appraisal cycles (semi-annual reviews) to objectively assess employee contributions and facilitate career development trajectories.

Candidate Profile
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related academic discipline.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or Senior Recruitment capacity. Prior exposure to dynamic environments such as Digital Agencies, E-commerce platforms, or MCNs is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in administering complex payroll systems, commission calculations, and comprehensive knowledge of the Vietnamese Labor Code, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and compulsory statutory insurances (SHUI).
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Adept at managing high-volume operational tasks with impeccable precision and unwavering confidentiality.
  • Work Style: Highly autonomous, structurally organized, and capable of constructing functional systems from the ground up in a rapidly evolving, high-pressure commercial landscape.
  • Language Skills: Native fluency in Vietnamese; professional business proficiency in English.
