Job descriptions:
- Manage and maintain the HR Master System, ensuring all employee details including remuneration and personal data are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor employee attendance, incentives, and other related data to support the monthly payroll calculation process.
- Perform KPI calculations for the Courier team, including collecting, verifying, and processing the calculation.
- Review and verify employee welfare documentation, and process social insurance claims such as sick leave, maternity leave, and other related benefits.
- Administer private healthcare insurance programs, including monitoring employee enrollment changes (increase/decrease) and related healthcare costs.
- Prepare and submit online SHUI reports (increase, decrease, adjust) and attend to the processing of social insurance claims of sick leave, maternity leave.
- Registration of Personal Income Tax codes and dependent information with the tax authorities.
- Prepare and submit labor related reports on Vietnamese and expatriate labor to relevant authorities.
- Manage and maintain HR documentation related to employee records, labor contracts, employment tracking, and resignation documentation.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for internal and external audits.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of practice certificates to employees.
- Coordinate with Legal and Department of Health to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Liaise with external vendors to obtain quotations and arrange services related to Occupational Safety Training and Environmental Monitoring.
- Organize HR-related training programs required by authorities, working closely with external training providers.
Qualifications:
- College's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Having knowledge of payroll systems and HR databases.
- Familiar with Vietnamese labor laws, SHUI and Tax law.
- Having analytical and mathematical skills.
- Having communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Experience: At least 2 year of experience in a C&B role.
