- Analyze seller behavior, investment trend, and adoption across marketing products (Onsite & Offsite solutions)
- Monitor current program/ initiative/ package effectiveness and trends to identify growth drivers and bottlenecks
- Build predictive models and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking
B. Strategy & Recommendations
- Support the development and optimization of marketing packages and monetization strategies
- Generate insights and strategic recommendations/ approaches to drive seller growth and improve marketing solution adoption
- Segment sellers based on investment behavior and potential, and propose customized solutions or intervention plans
- Partner with stakeholders to align growth strategies and drive initiatives, A/B test for new programs/ packages
C. Reporting & Communication/ Presentation
- Prepare regular performance reports and business reviews for internal stakeholders
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling presentations for leadership and commercial teams
- Prepare the presentation decks for meeting cadence
