Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, DataRobot) into analytics workflows to enhance predictive capabilities and automation.
- Build and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, classification, and clustering tasks.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across analytics platforms.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and AI adoption.
- Work with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Stay current with emerging trends in BI, AI, and data science.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in BI and analytics roles, with at least 1 year using AI/ML tools.
- Proficiency in BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI APIs).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms.
- Excellent Troubleshooting and problems solving skills, self-motivation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to self-train in new technologies
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for global stakeholders.
