Senior Paid-Ads Growth - Business Development, Shopee

1.Revenue Owner:

• Develop comprehensive Go-to-market/ Growth strategies to drive revenue growth, including initiatives, sales & marketing plan, and seller education.
• Track revenue performance, ensure target run rate.
• Monitor product-related performance metrics (ads efficiency, ads adoption/ activeness, sellers satisfaction,...).
• Prepare reporting documents to related stakeholders (Paid Ads Lead, Management team, etc.).

2. Initiative Management

• Develop initiatives based on strategy and business direction.
• Manage end-to-end initiative roll-out and execution.
• Ensure regional inquiries related to initiatives are addressed.
• Support & facilitate regional teams on new initiative rollouts and performance analysis.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Consulting/Advisory, or related fields.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Having experience in manipulating a large set of data and being familiar with SQL is a bonus point.
