JOB SUMMARY

  • This role is not just about recruitment its abouthiring the right people to shape organizational culture and elevate our superstar team. You wont just be a recruiter you will be anorganization builder, aculture carrier, and aninspiration to others.
  • Every hiring decision you make will contribute directly toshaping PATIs future leadership team. Youll work closely with the HRBP Manager, CEO, and department heads in afast-moving, barrier-free environmentwhere ideas become action.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Proactively build and manage talent pipelines forSenior, Leadership, and Key positionsacross strategic departments (Marketing, Customer Support & Order Fulfillment, People & Operation, Affiliate & Community).
  • Partner with hiring managers end-to-end: fromhiring needsanalysis, JD creation, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiationtoonboarding.
  • Develop and optimize recruitment strategies and channels, including LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and niche professional communities.
  • Launch creative hiring campaigns such asTalent Mapping, Employer Branding initiatives, and Talent Pool development.

2. Organizational Culture Development

  • Support the creation and promotion of PATIs unique culture by organizingteam bonding activities, internal events, and culture-driven initiatives.
  • Propose and implement strategies to improveemployee retention and engagement.
  • Contribute to talent development programs such as theTh Khoa recruitment campaign,mentorship programs, andinternal training initiatives.

3. Your Credentials:

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:At least 3 years of solid recruitment experience, preferably in E-commerce, Retail, Service industries, or fast-growing environments.
  • Language Skills:Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Preferred:Experience in e-commerce or the dietary supplement industry is a plus.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary range (20M 27M VND/month) + monthly bonus (5M VND) + Performance bonus up to10 months salary.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Employee Type:Full-time, On-site

  • Report directly to:HRBP Manager
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with 1-hour lunch break.
  • Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 10:00 AM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections - mind, body, and momentum aligned.
  • Working Location:18 Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
