Job Description
Closely work with Regional teams to understand traffic-driving strategies & translate them into actionable sourcing plans
Develop frameworks & work with cross-funitonal teams to track/ improve assortment precision
Support the team lead in crafting a winning pricing strategy tailored for the SCS assortment, balancing competitiveness and margin
Oversee daily price-setting operations, ensuring agility with market changes
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on pricing approach and present outcomes to senior leadership
Requirements
- Highly self-driven and motivated
- Comfort with ambiguity and eager to learn, natural curiosity
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Independent thinker whos also a solid team player
- Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills (English) preferred
- 3+ year of professional experience, previous consulting, strategy, or business intelligence-related experience preferred
- Previous E-commerce or retail business knowledge is preferable
