Job Description

[Remote] Business Development Event Services (HCMC-based)

Client: A Singapore-headquartered event services company specializing in 360 event solutions, delivering award-winning and memorable experiences across Asia.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business generation: identify, target & acquire new clients and venues in Vietnam
  • Build and nurture client relationships, delivering tailored event solutions
  • Own sales & revenue growth: create proposals, pitch, and close deals
  • Lead event planning & execution, from strategy to on-site delivery
  • Manage budget & contract negotiation with vendors and partners
  • Coordinate event staff/vendors to ensure high-quality execution
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during & after events
  • Stay ahead of market & industry trends to refine strategies

What you are looking for:

  • 4+ years in sales/business development-related roles
  • Strong track record in event sales with big hotel brands
  • MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) sales background
  • Fluent in English
