Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, especially in the Singapore and US tech markets, by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and working closely with our internal recruitment and delivery teams.
Identify and approach potential clients (startups, product companies, and enterprises) in the tech industry, especially in Singapore and the US.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and account management.
Understand clients hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met with quality and speed.
Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company guidelines.
Attend networking events or online meetings to represent Inspius and promote our services.
Report progress, forecasts, and performance KPIs to the Team Manager.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment services (experience in tech industry is a plus).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools.
Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing business model, including dedicated teams, T&M contracts, and fixed-price models.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A strong global network and the ability to build trust with international clients.
Experience working with clients in the tech sector (startups, software houses, product companies) is highly desirable.
Proactive, target-driven, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
