Senior Business Development Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Develop and present partnership proposals to potential partners.
• Lead and support commercial negotiations and contract discussions with external partners.
• Monitor performance of partnership initiatives, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of signed initiatives.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for assigned business projects.
• Track and evaluate performance of partnership programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 35 years of hands-on experience in business development, partnerships or operations.
• Good experience in negotiating terms, supporting contract processes, and maintaining partner relationships.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work well both independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Know-how of Microsoft and Google Workplace tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
