Aegona is an IT service company based in Ho Chi Minh City, VietNam. At Aegona we provide Software Development, Software Testing, Automation Testing and Software Maintenance services for North America, Japan, Singapore and VietNam.
Working time: 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM
Location: Orbital Building (QTSC9), Trung My Tay Ward, HCMC.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Prepare and write theBRD (Business Requirement Document)and theSRS (Software Requirements Specification).
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to build wireframes, mockups, and user flows to visualize product ideas.
- Act as a bridge between clients and development teams (Developers, QA, PM), ensuring accurate and complete communication of requirements.
- Create business analysis artifacts: Use Cases, UML diagrams, BPMN diagrams, and Business Process Flows.
- Support UAT and verify that deliverables meet the original business requirements.
- Manage changes in requirements, maintain updated documentation, and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
- At least3 years of experienceas aBusiness Analystin software companies, preferably in anoutsourcing environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, etc.
- Solid understanding of business process modeling, system flows, and data diagrams.
- Good English communication skills(speaking, listening, reading, and writing) are required to work effectively with international clients.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
