ROLE OVERVIEW

We'relooking for aSeniorBusiness Analystto join our Vietnam team.The ideal candidate combines business analysisexpertisewith an interest in technology, capable of understanding clientrequirements,and working collaboratively with our technical team to deliver innovative solutions.

This position reports to ourTeam Leadand works closely with our Melbourne creative team and international clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI & Technology Analysis

Research client business processes andidentifyopportunities for technology improvements

Work with the team to understand AI tools and how they canbenefitclient projects

Support the development team in translating business needs into technical solutions

Document project requirements and collaborate on implementation planning

Learn about new AI tools and technologies as theyemerge

Systems & Project Analysis

Understand client technical needs and current system capabilities

Work with development team to design solutions that meet business objectives

Create clear documentation that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can understand

Support database and system optimization discussions

Research and recommendappropriate toolsand integrations for client needs

Cross-Functional Project Leadership

Lead technical discovery sessions with Melbourne creative team and international clients

Translate complex client requirements into actionable development tasks

Manage project delivery coordination between Vietnam technical team and Melbourne client-facing team

Create andmaintainproject documentation in Jira, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Facilitate technical reviews and ensure alignment between businessobjectivesand technical implementation

Client & Stakeholder Management

Present technical solutions and recommendations directly to clients via video conferencing

Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for client teams

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and troubleshooting

Create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides

Support pre-sales technical consulting and solution architecture

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

Establish quality standards for technical deliverables and AI-enhanced solutions

Monitor project performance metrics andidentifyoptimization opportunities

Implement best practices for technical documentation and knowledge management

Contribute to internal process improvement andmethodologydevelopment

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Technical Foundation

Minimum3+yearsofexperienceas Business Analyst in technology or digital marketing environment

Basic programming understanding: Familiarity with web technologies and development concepts

Database awareness: Working knowledge of databases and data management principles

System integration experience: Understanding of how different platforms connect and communicate

AI tool familiarity: Interest in and exposure to AI technologies (training provided)

Platform experience: WordPress, Shopify,Reactor similar content management systems

Business Analysis Skills

Strong requirements gatheringand documentation skills using modern methodologies

System analysis abilitieswith understanding of business process mapping

Data analysis capabilitieswith experience in reporting and insights generation

Project coordination experiencewith Agile methodologies and project management tools

Clear documentation skillsfor creating user-friendly guides and specifications

Communication & Collaboration

Excellent English communication(written and verbal) for international client interaction

Video conferencingproficiencyfor cross-timezonecollaboration

Presentation skillsfor technical solution demonstrations

Cross-cultural communicationexperience with Australian/Western business practices

Remote collaborationexpertiseusing modern project management tools

Tools & Technologies

Project Management: Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar project tools

Design Tools: Figma,Draw.io,Adobe Creative Suite, or willingness to learn

Basic Development Understanding: Familiarity with web technologies and development concepts

AI Tools: Interest in learning ChatGPT,Claude, Cursor,Midjourney, and other AI applications

Analytics: Google Analytics and basic data analysis tools

Salary Range: US$1,800 - $2,500 monthly (based on experience and technicalexpertise)

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

Location:Duy Tan St, Cau Giay,Hanoi, Vietnam.

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday-Friday) with 1-hour lunch break

Collaboration: Regular video calls with Melbourne team (early morning/late afternoon)
