Senior Project Manager:
Job description:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Job requirement:

Comfortable with exploring new technologies
Have a track record of delivering technical programs, projects, and products in a highly technical environment.
Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern transaction processing environments.

This position might be required to work on client premises for an extended period.
Prior experience working with banks, financial institutions, or international/foreign technology vendors is highly preferred.
Experience in solution implementation and deployment projects (on-site or client-facing) is an advantage.
Technical background is not mandatory; candidates with experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial domains and strong collaboration with technical teams are preferred.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written) to work with clients and global stakeholders.
Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst Leader:
Job description
Act as a Senior / Lead Business Analyst for large-scale BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) projects.
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze, define, and qualify business requirements for complex banking initiatives before distributing them to delivery teams.
Determine operational and business objectives by studying banking processes, business functions, regulations, and system workflows.
Design end-to-end solution flows for banking systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
Construct workflow charts, system diagrams, and functional specifications to clearly communicate solutions to internal teams.
Lead BA activities across projects, guiding and mentoring junior BA teams assigned to sub-projects.
Evaluate current systems and processes; propose improvements and solution enhancements within the BFSI domain.
Validate resource requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-level cost and effort estimations.
Analyze and communicate the financial, operational, and risk impacts of proposed changes.
Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clarity and consistency of requirements.
Support UAT planning, testing strategies, and requirement validation to ensure solution quality.
Job requirement
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong exposure to BFSI / Banking domain.
Proven experience working on banking systems, financial platforms, or BFSI transformation projects.
Strong understanding of banking business flows, products, and end-to-end system processes.
Experience in a BA Lead / Senior BA role, capable of qualifying requirements and leading BA activities across multiple teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment on solutions.
Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of testing approaches, UAT, and requirement validation techniques.
Hands-on experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
Strong BA mindset is required; technical or development background is NOT mandatory.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
