About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Senior AssociateBusiness Analyst with a focus on Salesforce. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and assist in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
  • Participate in project meetings, document meeting notes, and track project progress.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows.
  • Elicit functional requirements through various communication channels, including face-to-face
  • Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope
  • Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Work on projects focused on Salesforce/Force.com development
  • Document and analyze required information and data
  • Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
  • Communicate project status to management, and elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors
  • Accountable for certain project deliverables and documents as well as project outcomes and quality
  • Successfully complete systems configuration
  • Accountable for certain project deliverables and documents to be presented to client
  • Ensure deliverables meet technical requirements as well as client expectations
  • Demonstrate understanding of how various issues effect the overall outcome of projects
  • Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality services
  • Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results.
  • Track and report project status to client and internal delivery and management teams
  • Consistently write business correspondence that is professional, thoughtful, effective, and grammatically correct
  • Improvement to and maintenance of Business Analysis Practice Area process and templates
  • Consult with key client stakeholders and end users to gather and confirm business requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences.
  • Work with technical team members to test and verify custom solutions, integrations and migrations to ensure they meet the business requirements and the solutions are functioning per the stated design.
  • Offer suggestions and recommendations during all phases of the engagement to ensure the intent of business requirements is understood by all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cadence meetings with key stakeholders to review and prioritize backlog items.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a salesforce business analyst or functional role.
  • Must have at least 2 salesforce certifications.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
