About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Android Competence Center (ACC) in Hanoi. In this role, you will manage project requests from regional stakeholders, gather and clarify business requirements, and work closely with implementation teams to help shape effective solutions and applications. You will also contribute to the APEX roadmap by identifying and proposing generic functions that can bring value across regions. This role reports to the Business Analyst Manager.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Hanoi, Vietnam.

What You Will Do

• Manage project requests from regional teams and act as a key point of contact for requirement discussions.
• Partner with regions and countries to clarify, evaluate, and understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear inputs for internal and external technical teams.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to define practical solutions and support application development.
• Prioritize requirements and work closely with project managers on planning activities.
• Transfer confirmed project scope and requirements to the project delivery team.
• Track project outputs throughout implementation to ensure releases meet expectations.
• Perform gap analysis and support requirement identification and management.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and help verify that proposed solutions address business needs.

What You Will Bring

• 6+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in the payments domain is a plus.
