Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst (AI Product), you will play a strategic role in shaping AI-driven digital products and platforms.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, product leaders, engineers, and AI teams to define product vision, design scalable AI solutions, and ensure high-quality product delivery from concept to post-launch optimization.
This role requires strong experience in business analysis, AI product development, conversational AI design, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Solution Analysis & Product Strategy
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and define strategic AI solutions such as Chatbots, Callbots, Virtual Assistants, and Conversational AI platforms
- Translate business goals into scalable and sustainable technical solutions aligned with long-term product strategy
- Design system architecture concepts and integrated AI workflows that ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance
- Provide strategic input into product vision, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization
- Evaluate trade-offs between business needs, technical feasibility, and user experience
2. AI Experience & Conversation Design
- Define and standardize AI user experience principles and interaction design
- Lead conversation design practices to ensure natural, consistent, and effective AI interactions
- Develop AI flows, dialogue structures, intents/entities definitions, and conversational scenarios
- Ensure product usability, accessibility, and customer-centric design in AI interfaces
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create cohesive end-to-end experiences
3. Documentation & Process Standardization
- Produce, review, and standardize product documentation including:
Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
Use Cases & Functional Specifications
Product Vision & Roadmaps
AI-specific documentation such as intents/entities and conversation scripts
- Lead business process modeling using UML, BPMN, Sequence Diagrams, and advanced workflow models
- Establish best practices for documentation quality and team collaboration
4. Product Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead requirement clarification sessions and support development teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Coordinate closely with Developers, QA Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers
- Ensure deep User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tailored for AI-driven systems
- Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Drive efficient Agile workflows and ensure delivery quality
5. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze product performance data after launch, including:
AI recognition accuracy
Task completion rates
User engagement metrics
Sentiment analysis and customer feedback
- Identify product gaps and propose data-driven improvements
- Optimize AI strategies based on real-world usage and operational insights
- Contribute to long-term product evolution and innovation initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development projects
- Proven experience working with enterprise software or large-scale digital products
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in AI products such as Chatbots, Voicebots, Virtual Assistants, or NLP/NLU platforms
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Deep understanding of AI product development and conversational AI workflows
- Solid knowledge of AI/ML concepts including NLP, NLU, and intelligent automation
- Strong UX/UI awareness and ability to design AI-driven user experiences
- Expertise in documentation and modeling tools (UML, BPMN, flow modeling)
- Ability to balance business strategy with technical execution
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
