As a Senior Business Analyst within our UI/UX Department, you are the strategic bridge between creative vision and technical execution. You aren't just documenting requirements; you are the Logic Architect who ensures that every high-end featurefrom AI Voice Assistants to luxury seat controlsis intuitive, feasible, and flawlessly integrated. You will own the functional integrity of the user journey across the entire ecosystem: from the mobile app to the vehicle's smart cockpit and the cloud.
Position Responsibilities
- Customer Journey Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis of end-to-end customer journeys. You will proactively identify pain points in current vehicle models and propose data-driven business improvements to elevate the premium user experience.
- Deep Logic & Documentation: Translate abstract UX concepts into high-fidelity Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS). You will master the use of State Machine Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams to define complex system transitions (e.g., how the HMI reacts when an ADAS safety alert interrupts a media stream).
- The Bi-directional Strategic Bridge:
- For Designers: Act as a technical consultant to help UI/UX Designers understand hardware/software constraints (CAN bus, API limits, Cloud latency) while preserving the design's wow factor.
- For Tech Teams (System, Software, Cloud, Hardware): Ensure that engineers and developers fully grasp the Design Intent, providing the logical clarity they need to build precise, high-performance features.
- Field Testing & Competitive Benchmarking: Get behind the wheel! You will directly drive and test features in real-world conditions to uncover logical edge cases. You will also benchmark global leaders to propose cutting-edge functional roadmaps.
- AI-Powered Efficiency: Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate requirement elicitation, automate documentation workflows, and analyze complex user feedback to predict future feature needs.

Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. A proven track record in IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment), Telematics, or high-tech IoT systems is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Logical Mastery: Exceptional Systems Thinking ability. You must be an expert in modeling tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart) and highly proficient in State Diagrams and Logic Flowcharts.
- AI Savvy: High proficiency in utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to optimize business analysis processes and system modeling.
- Professional English: Fluent in written and verbal English. You must be confident leading technical workshops, presenting logic to international stakeholders, and negotiating specifications with global partners.
- Driving License: Mandatory (B1/B2) with active driving experience. You must be comfortable driving for feature evaluation and benchmarking purposes.
- Certifications: Professional certification such as CBAP (IIBA) or PMI-PBA is a significant advantage.
