Senior BA acting as the strategic bridge between Business and Tech across the full product lifecycle, while leading the BA team and driving process standardization. A strong stepping stone toward Product Owner/Product Manager, as you progressively take greater ownership of product problems — moving toward a mini PO scope of responsibility.

The Role
Senior BA acting as the strategic bridge between Business and Tech across the full product lifecycle, while leading the BA team and driving process standardization. A strong stepping stone toward Product Owner/Product Manager, as you progressively take greater ownership of product problems — moving toward a mini PO scope of responsibility.
What You Will Do
- Work with PMs/POs and stakeholders to identify root problems and proactively propose solutions — not just log requirements.
- Lead, plan, and guide the BA team: allocate work, review output quality, mentor junior/mid BAs.
- Standardize and improve BA processes, templates, and checklists across the team.
- Design Context Diagrams, Business/User/System Flows (BPMN, Flowcharts), User Stories & Acceptance Criteria.
- Build low-fidelity wireframes/mockups as input for UI/UX; coordinate ERD, database, and API design with the Tech Lead.
- Prepare functional specification documents for handover to Dev; support effort estimation and sprint planning.
- Track progress, resolve requirement ambiguity and business logic issues during sprints.
- Execute UAT and usability testing; write user guides and run internal training.
- Conduct R&D on market, competitors, and user behavior to raise solution quality.
- 4–6 years of BA experience, preferably in a product-driven or SaaS environment; team lead/mentoring experience is a plus.
- Strong root-cause analysis skills and a proactive solution mindset, beyond passive requirement logging.
- Proficient in User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BPMN/Flowcharts, Context Diagrams; able to build basic wireframes/mockups.
- Understands ERDs, has API fundamentals (Postman/Swagger), and basic FE/BE architecture knowledge.
- Strong analytical thinking, clear and structured documentation; strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Product and user-centric mindset; ready to lead a team and step into a PO/PM role.
