We need a Senior Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements via user stories.
- Create detailed process flows (BPMN), data models, and wireframes.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
- Act as a proxy Product Owner, managing the backlog and sprint priorities.
- Collaborate with QA to verify product quality against acceptance criteria.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical background.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in English.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira/Confluence).
