JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with ERP and Operations teams to understand business rules, gather information from diverse sources, ensure data integrity, and design effective data collection processes.
- Use statistical methods, data modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret datasets and uncover trends.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly present insights to stakeholders.
- Collect, validate, clean, and structure data into standardized datasets for analysis.
- Contribute to sales planning and forecasting through the evaluation of historical data.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education:Bachelors degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or Finance.
- Experience:At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in SQL, Power Query, Power BI, DAX Studio, and advanced Microsoft Excel. Hands-on experience with Azure Analysis Services, Python/R, and BigQuery is a plus.
- Skilled in using data analysis tools, programming languages, and visualization software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in interpreting complex datasets.
- Excellent technical and logical capabilities in data modeling, data mining, and segmentation.
- Solid background in developing and applying accurate algorithms to derive business solutions.
- Strong grasp of business fundamentals and the ability to leverage data to address organizational challenges.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
