Job Description:
- Define new warehouse setup requirements based on SKU profiles, inventory levels, order volumes, and peak demand.
- Design and size Goods-to-Person (G2P) automation solutions, including tote capacity, robots, workstations, and charging infrastructure.
- Develop technical specifications, requests for proposals (RFPs), and measurable performance and acceptance criteria.
- Review vendor layouts, sizing calculations, and simulations to validate assumptions and capacity under peak demand and concurrent inbound/outbound operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support installation, system integration, performance testing, and go-live readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse solution design, logistics engineering, or automation.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes, storage systems, and layout design.
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD SQL, BI, or simulation tools are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong ownership.
- G2P automation, system integration, business case development, or implementation experience is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
