- Plan and monitor capacity across a multi-warehouse network to ensure optimal space utilization and operational readiness.
- Analyze demand forecasts, inventory trends, and storage requirements to identify short- and long-term capacity needs.
- Develop inventory allocation and capacity balancing plans across warehouses to maintain service levels and optimize storage and handling costs.
- Identify capacity constraints and recommend stock reallocation, space optimization, or warehouse expansion solutions.
- Develop capacity scenarios and contingency plans for campaigns, seasonal peaks, and business growth.
- Monitor capacity utilization and coordinate with relevant teams to implement and adjust network plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in capacity planning, supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics preferably in 3PL/Contract Logistics or Retail/FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational data into practical planning recommendations.
- Structured thinking and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify root causes and refine planning methods.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and translate planning decisions into actionable execution.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Excel experience with SQL, BI tools, or AutoCAD is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse layouts, storage systems, and operational flows exposure to automation is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
