LRQA is looking for an experienced Senior Auditor to join our growing team in Vietnam. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled social compliance professional to work with leading global brands, assess responsible sourcing practices, and help organizations strengthen ethical, sustainable, and compliant supply chains.

If you hold a valid CSCA certification and have extensive experience conducting social compliance audits, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Lead and conduct social compliance and responsible sourcing audits across multiple industries

Evaluate compliance with labor standards, human rights, occupational health & safety, environmental, and ethical sourcing requirements

Perform worker interviews, management interviews, facility inspections, and document reviews

Deliver high-quality audit reports and identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities

Support factories and suppliers in understanding compliance requirements and best practices

Build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders

Mentor junior auditors and contribute to auditor development programs

What We're Looking For

Valid CSCA Certification (Mandatory)

Minimum 5 years experience conducting social compliance or responsible sourcing audits

Strong understanding of labor laws, ethical recruitment, social compliance systems, and workplace health & safety

Excellent interviewing, auditing, and report-writing skills

Fluent English communication skills

Ability to travel extensively across Vietnam and the wider Southeast Asia region

Preferred Experience

SLCP Assessments

RBA VAP Audits

SMETA, WRAP, ICTI, Higg FSLM, or equivalent social compliance programs

APSCA Registered Auditor status

ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualifications

Experience auditing factories within apparel, footwear, electronics, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors
