Senior Airfreight Operations Executive ($1000)

Job Description

• Coordinate space arrangement and capacity procurement with carriers and co-load partners.
• Handle issuance of MAWB, FWB/FHL data transmission, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Manage reservations, ensuring all bookings are properly documented and compliant.
• Provide prompt solutions and feedback to overseas offices, sales teams, and customers regarding shipment issues, cargo shortages, damages, or claims.
• Ensure accurate and timely file closing and reporting across internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver operational efficiency, excellent customer service, and proactive problem-solving.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in the airfreight industry (Airline, GSA, or Freight Forwarding).
• Strong knowledge of air cargo reservations, handling, and documentation processes.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in airfreight documentation, airline/forwarding systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
