Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in managing day-to-day business functions, improving internal processes, and supporting leadership with executive-level assistance.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to review inventory records and financial reports.
- Supervise basic HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage procurement and logistics activities by working closely with suppliers and logistics partners to meet delivery timelines, ensure quality standards, and maintain proper documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Analyze workflows across departments to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, enhance productivity, and support the implementation of company strategiesespecially those focused on operational efficiency and cost management.
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, office administration, or a similar role.
- Strong English skills, especially in reading and writing.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with import documentation and dealing with overseas suppliers is a strong plus.
