About the role:

We&aposre looking for a motivated and strategic individual to join our Business Development team as a Senior Business Development/ Account Executive. This isn&apost a typical sales role. We&aposre seeking a professional with a background in account management who is passionate about both building new relationships and nurturing existing ones.

In this hybrid position, you will support Senior Business Development Manager for driving new revenue by identifying and securing new clients. At the same time, you&aposll apply your account management expertise to ensure a smooth transition from a new business pitch to a successful project handoff. You&aposll act as a bridge between business development and account management, using your deep understanding of agency operations to create winning proposals and build confidence with new clients.

Key responsibilities:

Support/ Work under supervision of Line Manager in key responsibilities below:

Client Engagement & Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and how our agency can provide solutions.
  • Communicate with clients to understand clients expectations.
  • Identify & analyze agencys business opportunities. Discuss and share initial suggestions to senior level of the potential way to approachnewclients
  • Engage with clients industries to collect observations and take out relevant insights whereas possible.

Operational Insight:

  • Leverage your account management experience to inform the business development process. You will use your knowledge of agency workflows to create realistic project plans and scopes of work during the proposal stage.

Pitch Management & Proposal Development:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Creative, etc.) to develop compelling proposals and presentations for new business pitches.
  • Craft and present persuasive proposals, outlining our services, strategies and value proposition.

Quality assurance:

  • Review/Check works from the creative team, making sure deliverables are on the same page with expectations.
  • Prepare presentations and host meetings with internal & external teams.
  • Check works in progress to make sure things are on track & deadlines are met.
  • Keep track of new trends on social media to update & inspire the creative team.
  • Manage project pitching fee, time-line, human resources and releases to vendors on time to ensure a safe & smooth pitching process.
  • Ensure necessary internal alignments with higher seniors are made before every creative, cost and timeline presentation to clients.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Business Development team and other departments to ensure a seamless transition of new clients from Business Development team to the Account Management team.

Requirement:

a.Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Advertising/ Digital/ Communication or related field.

b.Work experience:

  • Have experience in the same position at least 2 years in a business development or account management role in digital/ creative agency

c.Functional skills:

  • Good knowledge of Client Services, Communication Planning, Project Management
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, interpersonal and relationship building ability.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A good understanding of the agency pitch process and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to create winning proposal.
  • Detail oriented in pitching management and paper-works
  • Project/ pitch management skill: timeline, budget, quality, client management
