Job Description:

  • Multi-Channel Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms (including, but not limited to, Google, Meta, TikTok, and third-party platforms).
  • Performance Analysis: Build and maintain comprehensive reports to track full-funnel KPIs such as CPC, CPS, CPO, and MAU, DAU, ROI, LTV growth.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable strategies to improve efficiency and ROI across different initiatives.
  • Regional Collaboration: Coordinate daily campaign operations with the regional team to ensure local execution aligns with regional best practices.
  • Creative Strategy: Prepare data-backed creative briefs and collaborate with design teams to produce high-performing assets for various digital touchpoints.
  • Growth Experiments: Lead and/or support special projects, pilot tests, and experimental optimization tactics to stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
  • Broad Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with a variety of tools such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Apple Search Ads, and mobile attribution tracking.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition, retargeting, and search campaign management.
  • Strong skills in data interpretation and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for deep-dive performance analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to bridge communication between local and regional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and pivot between different marketing initiatives simultaneously.
