Job Description:

  • Oversee seller compliance across the full journey - onboarding, operation and offboarding to ensure sellers meet platform standards and legal requirements.
  • Build and improve control processes based on policy, seller type, and business risk.
  • Review seller performance through data metrics, operational behaviors, and supporting documents (licenses, contracts, brand authorization).
  • Handle seller complaints and appeals with fairness and transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with BD, Legal, and cross-functional teams to align compliance and brand protection practices.
  • Lead and coach a team of 1015 in-house and BPO reviewers to maintain quality, productivity and operational integrity.
  • Drive improvement projects, identify root causes, and propose data-backed solutions to enhance efficiency and platform trust.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics or compliance operations.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets dashboards.
  • Experience in seller verification, brand/IP control, or compliance operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Leadership experience in managing BPO or in-house teams.
