Job Description:

Pull and analyze data related to seller operations, logistics performance, and campaign execution to provide insights for decision-making.
Monitor seller health metrics (e.g., penalties, compliance, program participation) through data dashboards and proactively flag anomalies.
Support campaign performance tracking and operational planning by providing data-driven recommendations.
Conduct root cause analysis on escalation cases using data trends and share structured findings with relevant stakeholders.
Consolidate and analyze seller survey results and sentiment data, generating actionable insights to improve seller experience.
Understand seller challenges towards achieving KPIs in-depth (e.g. Chat response rate, Same day ship out rate, Problem from logistic providers)
Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and SOPs to improve visibility into seller operational performance.
Share recurring patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Commercial, Governance, Program Ops).
Support ad-hoc analysis requests and provide timely, accurate insights to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or e-commerce is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail & Good skepticism.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in Thai and English (verbal & written).
Flexible and adaptable able to work under pressure and handle urgent analysis requests.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio, Data Dashboard)
Strong coordination skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
