Job Summary
We are seeking an Operation & System Executive to manage, improve, and standardize our internal processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and scalable operation of our business, covering both daily operations and system administration.
Job Responsibilities
- System & Process Improvement (45%): Lead process improvement projects, manage internal initiatives, and deliver automation solutions using tools like Power Automate and Power Apps. Collaborate with external vendors and create training materials (e.g., via intranet, short videos) to standardize knowledge across departments.
- Operational Control (20%): Oversee daily operations, manage OKRs and meetings, monitor performance metrics, and address operational risks.
- Process Standardization (20%): Maintain and update the ISO documentation system, ensuring all processes are standardized and transparent.
- System & IT Administration (15%): Administer internal systems (MS365, Lark Suite, WordPress, etc.), handle system support tickets, manage IT asset inventory, and procure new licenses and hardware.
Job Requirements
- Must-Have: Proficiency in Power Automate Cloud and Microsoft 365 apps (Excel/PowerPoint/Word); basic knowledge of a public AI platform (e.g., Gemini/ChatGPT); foundational knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and end-user support; strong problem-solving skills; and English reading/writing proficiency.
- Nice-to-Have (or will be trained): REST API, Microsoft 365 Admin, Lark Suite Admin, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio, WordPress, and skills in project management, process improvement, and leadership.
