Brancher.X Vietnam (formerly Havas Vietnam - one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies), is looking forwe are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive.
As an E-commerce Executive at Brancher.X, you will play a key role in driving performance-led digital commerce campaigns for top-tier brands. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution across platforms (Facebook CPAS, Google, Onsite Media, TikTok Collection Ads), coordinating with e-retail platforms, and optimizing campaigns to deliver against GMV and conversion KPIs.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Develop and execute e-commerce digital media plans aligned with clients performance objectives (Traffic, Add-to-Cart, Purchase, GMV).
- Manage campaign setup, budget allocation, and daily operations on platforms such as: Facebook CPAS, Google Performance Max, TikTok Collection Ads, Shopee/Lazada Onsite Solutions
- Work closely with e-retail partners and platform vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Forecast campaign performance, monitor trends, and implement timely optimization tactics to hit KPIs in tight timelines.
- Generate and analyze campaign reports (daily, weekly, campaign wrap-ups); present actionable insights to internal and client teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for innovation or improvement.
- Support other performance tasks and special projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook CPAS and multi-platform performance campaigns.
- Deep understanding of MSP systems and e-commerce campaign operations on Lazada, Shopee, or Tiki.
- Strong working knowledge of digital performance platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Experience using marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or Tableau/Power BI (a plus).
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and conversion funnel metrics.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate numbers into insights and actions.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
