Position Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Manager to oversee and support the execution of our market expansion in NIPT, MCED, and MRD testing across emerging countries. This strategic role serves as the bridge between local country teams, head office functions, and the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment on performance, strategy, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate combines analytical capability, cross-functional coordination, and field-level understanding to support rapid decision-making and scalable execution.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Operations Oversight

  • Track KPIs, sales targets, and operational performance across all country teams
  • Design and maintain dashboards to report progress to executive leadership
  • Identify underperformance trends and work with local leaders to troubleshoot

Strategic Alignment & Communication

  • Act as the primary conduit between BOD and in-country teams
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy syncs
  • Consolidate feedback from field teams to inform company-wide decisions

Market & Functional Integration

  • Coordinate with functions (Medical, Marketing, BD, Operations, Regulatory) to support market execution
  • Ensure rollout of new products (e.g., SPOT-MAS, K-TRACK) aligns with local capabilities
  • Support Go-to-Market planning for new country launches

Issue Escalation & Rapid Response

  • Flag bottlenecks and risks to leadership early
  • Recommend quick, data-backed solutions and trade-offs
  • Ensure execution consistency and speed across regions

Board Support

  • Prepare strategic memos, briefing decks, and performance updates
  • Provide input on market dynamics, local challenges, and talent needs
  • Represent field voice during board-level strategic discussions
  • Qualifications

    • 58+ years in healthcare/biotech/diagnostics operations, commercial strategy, or consulting
    • Experience managing or supporting regional teams in emerging markets
    • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Willingness to travel 2030%
    • Knowledge of NGS/genomics market (NIPT, oncology, etc.) is a plus
