Job overview

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Development Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on quality assurance and management Indian vendors, working closely with Indian developers and supporting Japanese projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing project deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and facilitating effective communication across multicultural teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main liaison between Indian development team and Japan project side.

- Lead quality checks on development code and unit test reports, ensuring alignment with development standards.

- Coordinate and support the documentation process, maintaining high attention to detail for Japanese projects.

- Facilitate communication between Indian, Japanese, and Vietnamese teams, leveraging translator support when required.

- Manage project timelines, quality, and cost.

Requirements

- Local Vietnamese candidates with Bachelor's degree or higher from related fields.

- Experience managing Indian vendors or development teams is highly preferred.

- Strong background in SAP development project.

- Excellent English communication skills; Japanese language ability is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset.
