Sales Manager (Vietnam Country, Food Ingredients)

Position: Sales Manager

Years of Experience: 10 years onwards (incl. minimum 2 years leadership experience)

Salary Range: VND 60-75M Gross/Month

Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City | Working time: Mon to Fri

Report to Singapore Office and Director of VN Office (both are expats) | Team sales 2 members

The role will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations in assigned markets or countries, driving revenue growth, achieving business objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and close collaboration with internal departments and clients.

Key requirements are as follows:

• Vietnamese only, willing to work in Ho Chi Minh City and travel to SEA for a short business trip (if needed)
• Bachelor's degree in food science/food technology 
• At least 8-10 years of sales / technical sales/account management experience, including 2 years of leadership experience infood ingredients
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, business development, key account management, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese

About the company: A Singapore-based subsidiary of a Japan-listed corporation, established before 2000, specialising in the distribution of food-improving agents across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Oceania. The company operates an Application Centre equipped with pilot plant facilities for R&D and product development support across bakery, ice cream, beverage, and processed oil categories.
