Job Description

We're looking for a driven, people-first Sales & Partnerships Executive to help launch our Ho Chi Minh City digital product. This role is all about getting out into the city, meeting F&B owners face-to-face, pitching our platform, building relationships, and converting interest into long-term partners.

You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, meetings, pitching, follow-ups, and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and approach restaurants, bars, cafs, spas, and lifestyle venues across Ho Chi Minh City

- Proactively book and attend face-to-face meetings with F&B owners and decision-makers

- Confidently pitch the product, explain the value proposition, and tailor conversations to each venue

- Manage follow-ups and negotiations to convert leads into paying clients

- Build and maintain a strong local pipeline of potential partners

Relationship Management

- Act as the local face of the brand in Ho Chi Minh City

- Build long-term relationships with venue owners and managers

- Maintain accurate records of meetings, conversations, and deal status

- Work closely with the central team to feedback local insights, trends, and opportunities

Organisation & Reporting

- Track leads, meetings, and conversions in a CRM or shared tracker

- Provide weekly updates on activity, pipeline status, and wins

- Share insights on competitor activity, pricing sensitivity, and objections

Requirements

Essential

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written)

- Based in Ho Chi Minh City

- Comfortable travelling around the city for in-person meetings

- Confident, personable, and professional in face-to-face sales situations

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

- Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development

- Background in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, media, or travel

- Existing network within the Ho Chi Minh City F&B scene
