Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and identify new revenue opportunities. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive organizational growth and team development.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Revenue Forecasting
  • Experience with CRM platforms, data-driven decision making, and sales pipeline management
  • Exceptional leadership, team mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Asian market and cultural nuances is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
