Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role also involves preparing sales reports, collaborating with other departments, and supporting product development through market insights.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development experience, including the ability to identify and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management and communication skills
  • Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and guiding a sales team
  • Market Research and Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and refine sales strategies
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed Sales Reports and presentations
  • Background in the stone manufacturing or construction industry is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accountability for results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
