Role:
Manage and oversee the sales operations in the allocated region/industry
Lead the sale process and engage with the prospects & customers.
Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Actively manage and participate in all aspects of the sales cycle - prospecting, presentation, sale attainment, collection, etc.
Identify and qualify prospective customers for the designated territory.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Support Marketing associates and business partners in Turkey in achieving the planned sales targets.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Close sales projects leading to achieving sales targets.
Ensure Timely collection of receivables.
Achieve profitability objectives.
Willing to travel extensively
Qualities:
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and CXO-levels
A self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
Possess strong technical knowledge about the different products.
Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Educational Background & Work Experience
10-12 years of work experience in similar roles in related industries
Mechanical Engineer with a Postgraduate specialization in Marketing (preferable)
