Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION
We are currently looking for SeniorSales Manager, base in Hanoi, Vietnam to expand our nationwide project business.
MAIN TASKS
  • Technical and economic responsibility lays in the project business with a main focus on sanitary products and support on piping systems.
  • Achieve defined Sales target for dedicated market.
  • Prepare and conduct Sales presentation to Developers, consultants, architects, contractors through training and seminars.
  • Building sales funnel through acquisition of new projects.
  • Perform market assessment to understand market situation, trends, customers changing requirement and needs.
  • Building up a network with Developers, Architects, MEP consultants and contractors. Liaise with the Specification team and Product Managers for technical issues and ensure requirements are met.
  • Use of CRM to plan and document all project related activities. Manage the project funnel actively and build up new pipelines to meet the yearly targets and project hit rates.
  • Distribution management, provide support for our partners and ensure local stock availability. Co-ordinate with regional logistic team for order processing
  • Plan and execute regular alignment meetings to grow the project funnel and secure projects within the defined discount structure

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
  • Engineering diploma or /and degree in Sales & Marketing
  • Over 8 years of related experience
  • Experience in project business with a main focus on sanitary & plumbing
  • Professional and fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must
  • Local language skills
  • MS office (word, excel and ppt)
  • Sales experience in the building & construction industry
  • Experience in project specification
  • Strong relationship and network amongst key stakeholders
  • Leadership ability
  • Able to travel within Vietnam and willingness to relocate to another region
  • Persistent and resilient
  • Constant willingness to learn
  • Team player & social competence
